Code of Conduct
In early 2021, our Code of Conduct was revised to align it more closely with our new purpose and cultural values. The Code was endorsed by the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and is available here. It underpins many of our control and human capital processes and policies at Credit Suisse. It also reflects what we expect from employees and what our stakeholders expect from Credit Suisse, and explains how we want to interact within Credit Suisse and in the world around us. Our Code of Conduct applies to all employees at Credit Suisse (including the Executive Board) as well as to members of the Board of Directors. We believe that it will support us in acting responsibly and successfully, for the collective benefit of the bank, our stakeholders and the communities in which we live and work. We consider it good practice to regularly review our Code of Conduct.
